A forward thinking and dynamic investment firm based in the DIFC is seeking a temporary, fixed term HR Manager to cover 6 months of maternity leave until June 2023. This is a highly people centric organisation and they have a strong focus on flexibility and development of their employees across all levels of seniority. This role requires those who are on their spouse sponsorship or have their own visa with validity of 6 months + and are available from the beginning of January 2023 for 2 a week handover with the current HR Manager.
Responsibilities will encompass the day to day HR administration function alongside ensuring all policies and protocols are achieved and being fully aware of any new legislative changes within the UAE, UK and the DIFC freezone. Contract, employee relations and queries, utilising the intranet to announce any corporate communications and being involved in any ad hoc small projects to support the two British business owners will be your ongoing activities in this role.
Offering flexible working hours and a hybrid work from home model, this role would be ideal for a HR Manager looking to return to the workplace after time out, or those seeking part time HR opportunities. You should be well versed in the UAE labour law with an added awareness of UK practices and protocols. Those with international organisational experience from the professional services sector are highly advantageous and it is essential that you are on your family sponsorship or have your own freelance visa due to the temporary nature of this position.
