HR Manager for Medical Center - Dubai
A well-established medical center in Dubai is looking for their new HR Manager to join their highly professional team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and staffing;
- Organizational departmental planning;
- Performance management and improvement systems;
- Organization development;
- Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;
- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
- Policy development and documentation;
- Employee relations;
- Company-wide committee facilitation;
- Company employee and community communication;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
- Charitable giving; and
- Employee services and counselling.
Package
- 12,000 to 14,000 AED per month
- 48 hours per week
- Paid visa and health insurance
Requirements
- Preferably has at least 2 years of experience in the Healthcare sector
- Speaks fluent English
- Has HR diploma or certificate
Preferred Skills
- Fully literate in both verbal and written English
- Demonstrated professional collaboration and teamwork
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Computer skills
