Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a dual-role involving all aspects of Human Resources and Office Management responsibilities of Hays Dubai. Working as part of the People and Culture team across EMEA you will be responsible for supporting and growing our business in the United Arab Emirates. You will need a hands-on approach and a good understanding of the recruitment process. You will be involved in supporting the recruitment. selection and onboarding of new colleagues. HR duties are undertaken in accordance with employment law, company policy and ensuring any risk to the business is minimized.
The role requires a flexible and adaptable approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You must be accurate, efficient and enjoy working within a varied and busy role. It is necessary to have a good understanding of the business, the way in which it functions and the different industries that people work on. You should be confident and capable of communicating with people in all areas of the business.
HR Manager will lead all HR’s practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture emphasizing quality, productivity, goal attainment and empowerment. Responsible for the development of processes and reporting metrics that support the achievement of the Company’s business goals as well as acting as talent expert across the Company
