Charterhouse are supporting a leading manufacturing group experiencing significant growth across the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager who will work closely with the Managing Director and Departmental Heads to drive HR excellence across all business operations.
The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR services, ensuring that effective structures, processes, and best-practice frameworks are embedded throughout the organisation. A key focus will be workforce planning, managing the full recruitment cycle, and developing employee engagement strategies that support long-term retention.
As the business continues to expand, this role will lead transformation projects that enhance HR operations, implementing clear productivity metrics and best-practice initiatives designed to support a high-performance workplace culture. Acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leadership and will collaborate with departmental heads to monitor performance, as well as address employee development and training needs. The role will also ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Laws and JAFZA regulations while maintaining accurate, up-to-date HR records.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidate must bring strong HR management experience within the UAE manufacturing sector. Demonstrated success in employee relations, high-volume recruitment, and leading change initiatives is essential. The role requires someone confident, adaptable, and capable of building trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation, with strong stakeholder-influencing abilities.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and solutions-oriented, with experience navigating a dynamic and evolving business environment and designing HR initiatives that are fit for purpose.
Salary:
AED
22,000 to 28,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
