Job description / Role
Client is looking for HR Mobility expert for their office in UAE. The role will be a stand alone position within their HR department and work very closely with other areas of HR and the wider business. The role will not involve travel but will focus on employee mobility, dealing with international assignments and internal recruitment. You will process the secondments of employees, you will need to be knowledgeable on international labor laws. You will be the main point of contact for advising on matters which involve international recruitment.
- HR Manager with expertise specifically in employee mobility and staffing for international assignments
- 10+ years experience
- Bachelor Degree in HR
- Must be currently based in UAE
- Arabic speaking would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge of employee legislation and policies and procedures across the Middle East
- A consultative approach would be ideal
