Job description / Role
Client are a well established oil trading company based in Dubai, due to business growth they are looking to hire a dedicated professional HR Manager. This person will be responsible to provide full HR set up and oversee all HR functions accross the company including; recruiting and staffing, organisational planning, performance management, implementation and improvement of systems and procedures, HR policy development, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, development and training, compensation and benefits administration and renewal of annual insurances. You will also be required to travel ad hoc within the gulf region.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working within the oil and gas industry with an understanding of their business sector. An experienced HR professional with a generalist knowledge across all HR functions. Dubai experience is essential with knowledge of local on-boarding and visa processing. A self motivated individual, able to be proactive and work without supervision, be a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to the Directors, competent in a stand alone HR role. Western educated and a fluent level of English speaking, reading, writing is essential.
