Job description / Role
Charterhouse is currently working with an international PR Agency who is looking to hire a Part-Time HR Manager to direct and coordinate their Human Resources Department within their Dubai and global offices.
This role would suit an experienced HR Manager who is seeking Part-Time work and the opportunity to grow with an amazing business.
In this position, you will work closely with the Managing Director to oversee and lead the HR Function whilst building talent and identifying the best candidates to meet the business requirements. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing applicants, carrying out the interview process, to the onboarding of employees.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR policies and procedures to ensure all policies are up to date and compliant with the UAE labour law.
The HR Manager will be responsible for talent management and retention by recommending best-practice workplace initiatives, employee relations, recommending improvements and addressing any issues.
In addition, you will manage the execution of performance management programmes to assess the team’s performance, staff appraisals and lead performance reviews.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have further education within Business Studies/Psychology or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ experience both working in a Senior HR Role and the UAE.
You should have strong leadership and people management skills and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law to ensure that these are being followed is essential for this role.
