A well known global brand seeks a HR Manager to join their growing team and take care of their store population
Client Details

Description
* Maintain structured policies and procedures for the region
* Build performance management program with talent pipelines and development opportunities
* Support regional recruitment initiatives
* Training & development of all employees including leadership development
* Develop compensation and salary grading structure for the region
* Drive employee engagement initiatives
* Create HiPo programme
Job Offer
* Salary AED 30-35,000 plus benefits
Requirements
* MUST HAVE Retail experience and working with store level staff. Proven track record of creating training programmes and managing strategic HR decisions for retail store staff
* 8+ years in a HR position, at least 3 years in a management position with experience leading a team
* Demonstrable experience of innovative ideas in engaging retail store staff and decreasing turnover
* Past experience in a fast paced retail business in the Middle East
* Language skills in Arabic and/or French will be preferred
