Job description / Role
Reporting to the Director HR, you would be responsible for managing and delivering a full range of human resource operations. Lead the HR development functions and strategic activities for the company, you would act as a strategic business partner regional management and plan, develop and implement HR policies and procedures. You would be responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR Policies and procedures, Training & Development Programs, and Compensation and Benefits.
Work closely with the senior management team across the group to identify and anticipate learning needs of the senior level leaders. Conduct external research and bench marking to ensure strategy, content and delivery model are positioned to deliver best-in-class results. To be successful you would ideally possess 8 plus years of experience with in-depth of knowledge of UAE Labour laws.
