Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to drive regional success?
Our client is looking for a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage their human resources functions across multiple offices in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of progressive HR experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to oversee diverse HR operations in a multinational environment. This is a key leadership role that will shape the company’s culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure HR practices align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Oversee HR functions across multiple offices/countries in the Middle East, ensuring consistency and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Adapt HR practices to the specific cultural and operational needs of each location.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing workforce.
- Design and implement training, development, and succession planning programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee relations issues and mediate conflicts as needed.
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to regional markets.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all operating regions.
- Manage and mitigate HR-related risks proactively.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Communicate and enforce policies to ensure consistency and fairness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple offices or countries in the Middle East.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD or similar credentials are strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern labor laws and HR practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and data-driven decision-making.
