Our client, a leading creative hub in Sharjah, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a vibrant workplace culture that supports innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company’s creative and collaborative culture.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Act as an advisor to leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a creative or dynamic industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
