Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Managing the Recruitment function with a focus on identifying new channels of recruitment, developing recruitment and selection tools.
• Providing information and guidance to employees and managers on company policies and processes.
• Developing and proposing frameworks, improvements and performance indicators to ensure HR best practice and a quality service is provided to the business.
• Supporting the HR Manager deliver projects and initiatives relating to talent management, succession planning, reward and training and development.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 4 years’ career experience in Human Resources, with ideally 2 years in a similar role within the construction/engineering industry sector. Previous experience within GCC is advantageous.

A Bachelor degree in either Human Resources, Training, Psychology or equivalent is a requirement. A Master’s degree qualification will be viewed favourably as would membership of an international HR organisation such as the CIPD and SHRM.

This opportunity will suit someone with excellent English communication skills, a can do and proactive approach. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
