A new opportunity for a HR Officer/Administrator for someone with 2 years HR work experience and has a degree or qualification in HR. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your career with a large local FMCG business.
Client Details
A large local company with interests in the FMCG sector.
Description
* Maintaining employee records
* Monitoring annual leave and other entitlements
* Assist with drafting HR policies and procedures
* Assist with recruitment process and administration
* Drafting employment contracts and onboarding processes
* Monitor training records and follow up with training actions
Job Offer
AED 15,000 - AED 18,000 plus company transport.
Requirements
* 2 years HR/Personnel experience in UAE
* Degree educated with a qualification in HR (HR degree, CIPD, SHRM etc)
* Dynamic and self motivated attitude
* Strong team work experience
* ARABIC speakers only and due to the environment, a MALE candidate is preferred
