Job description / Role
• Manage recruitment processes.
• Maintain an up-to-date personnel records for all the employees and associates.
• Handle employees’ on boarding and off boarding process.
• Assist in the update and development of HR policies.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as annual leave, gratuity, visas, official letters, health insurance etc.
• Assist with preparation of annual HR budget and learning and development plans.
• Establishment and implementation of annual performance review process.
Requirements
• Advanced English skills, Arabic is a plus.
• A degree holder in HR or have a relevant HR certification, membership of an International HR professional body is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience within the UAE.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to handle situations quickly and effectively.
