HR Officer

We are currently recruiting for an HR Officer who would be the first point of contact for general HR queries for Operative population, ensuring a response within 48 hours and delegating accordingly to ensure close out of issues, support the investigation and reporting of disciplinary and grievances for operatives and accurately record exit interviews on Oracle prior to them leaving the business.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate is likely to have experience in a similar role with knowledge in UAE Labour Law.
