Job description / Role
• Coordinates Recruitment to ensure that job descriptions are updated prior to commencing the recruitment process
• Assists Recruitment with interview logistics and other based recruitment activities using the recruitment tool
• Creates and maintains secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems using the proprietary HRMS
• Liaises with Visa Administrators regarding employee visa requirements
• Ensures that HR policies and procedures are communicated accurately to stakeholders
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• MBA Degree in a HR is required
• A minimum 3-5 years of HR related experience (UAE – at least 1 year)
• A high degree of computer literacy; knowledge of an ERP system
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment
