Position Summary:
We are currently recruiting for an HR & Admin Officer to join our existing team within our Power & Industrial (P&I) Division based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the
daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. The HR & Admin Officer will be suited for the candidate with the passion and commitment to build career path and grow into HR roles.

Position Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records. Update and following up internal databases.
- Ensure that safety is a number one priority through safe Practices and observing all safety guidance, rules and policies.
- Prepare and support basic HR documents - salary certificates, NOC letters, new hire and resignation guides and other documents related to employees' welfare.
- Support in application and getting the variety of passes: gate passes, offshore/onshore site medical passes, OHS (Occupation Health) factory passes, ISO, Trakhees application reports.
- ISO certification support with HR documentation and forms.
- Coordinating on visa application/renewal, labor card and Emirates ID application, collection of required documents, labor contract formalities, insurance cards and visa stamping.
- Support employees with visa application, collecting the documents, application to embassies
- Help organize and manage employee orientation, on-boarding, and outside training courses.
- Liaise with external partners, like medical insurance vendors, travel agents and embassies in order to support company processes.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off.
- Manage the leave balance, update and coordination with employees, managers and through online platform.
- Writing the organization announcements, support internal communications & other office correspondence
- Arrange travel accommodations, transportation, events and flights bookings.
- Application for the SITE access cards, organizing the medical screening for SITE requirements.
- Participate in HR projects such as:
• Support in organizing company events,
• Performance Development Process Cycle
• Safe and Healthy projects
• Training & Development
• Hiring & Adaptation, onboarding support.

Education, Qualifications and Affiliations

Essential
- Any relevant Degree or Diploma (HRM degree is advantage)

Experience
Essential
- 3 years demonstrable experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- HR basic employment processes
- Workplace QHSE
- Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law
- HR Customer Service
- Basic knowledge in Compensation & Benefits
- Able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines & accurate report
