Position Title: HR Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading global institutions in Islamic banking in the MENA region.

Job Description:
• Support HR Manager and coordinate with all the Divisions concerning issues related to Recruitment and selection process to meet challenges and meet company standards.
• Assist in payroll administration, staff benefits, staff claims and end of service entitlements.
• Assist in the follow-up process of employees' PMS including APA, JDs, IOPs, Mid-Term Evaluation.
• Assist in generating and prepare monthly reports.

• Open to Asian nationalities
• Female, 25 – 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the similar role preferably from banking or finance sector.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
