Skills and qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working in human resources roles
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
