Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support day-to-day human resources operations across our group of companies. The HR Officer will handle core HR functions including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, payroll assistance, medical insurance administration, GPSSA coordination, performance appraisal support, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and employee relations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources or a related field and is passionate about building efficient HR processes and delivering excellent internal service.

Key Responsibilities

1-HR Operations & Administration
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (hard & soft copies).
-Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, amendments, warnings, and confirmations.
-Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
-Assist in payroll preparation by validating attendance, overtime, deductions, and leave data.
-Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.

2-Recruitment & Onboarding
-Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
-Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
-Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
-Conduct onboarding and orientation for new joiners.

3-Medical Insurance Administration
-Enroll new employees into medical insurance plans.
-Coordinate additions, deletions, and renewals with insurance providers.
-Support employees with medical insurance queries and claims guidance.

4-GPSSA & Government Coordination
-Register eligible employees with GPSSA and maintain records.
-Follow up on monthly GPSSA contributions and ensure timely submission.
-Coordinate with PRO regarding visas, Emirates ID, medicals, and labour cards.
-Track document expiries and ensure timely renewals.

5-Employee Relations & Performance Management Support
-Serve as a point of contact for employee HR queries.
-Support probation reviews and confirmations.
-Assist in coordinating annual and periodic performance appraisal cycles.
-Track appraisal forms, deadlines, and approvals.
-Maintain performance records and support implementation of outcomes (increments, promotions, development plans).
-Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievances professionally.

6-Policy, Compliance & Reporting
-Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
-Assist in updating HR policies and procedures when required.
-Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, recruitment status).
-Maintain HR trackers and dashboards.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
* 1–3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
* Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, medical insurance processes, payroll coordination, and GPSSA.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
