Job description / Role
Experience not to be limited to the following:
- Employee Relations
- General HR Administration
- Day to Day HR Operations
- Employee Grievance Handling
- HR Dashboards & MIS Reports & preparation of various reports on a case to case basis on the advice of the head office
- Follow advise and represent the Head Office is all aspects of HR activities
- Assisting the employees at site for all their queries and act as a point of contact for all HR matters
Requirements
- Candidates with strong experience and background in to HR operations & administration.
- Should have worked extensively in a labor intensive set-up as the role would include extensively handling labour relations as well
- Should be hands - on in using computers and Microsoft office & excel for preparation of various MIS reports
