Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for updating of expatriate crew change schedule and submitting to corporate office.
• Responsible for expatriate crew change and scheduling
• Responsible for visa and work permits
• Liaise and assist with national crew change and scheduling as needed
• Coordinate all local travel & lodging arrangements for visiting personnel and management when needed.
• Responsible for all labor related issues in the country of operations
• Responsible for crew logistics
• Prepare and submit monthly accurate expatriate timesheet
• Check and verify agency and national crew timesheet for accuracy
• Complete and submit timely the Payroll/Personnel Change Form as needed
• Assist the Training Specialist in scheduling expatriate crew training
• Assist the Recruitment Specialist in hiring procedure.
• Other duties as required

Requirements

It is preferable if candidate has similar or same experience with the Oil & Gas industry.
