Your new company
Hays are currently working alongside a leading engineering business based in Abu Dhabi, in search of a HR Officer. You will join a growing business with circa 350 employees.
Your new role
- As the HR Officer you will be responsible for providing support to the HR Manager in all areas including employee relations, learning and development, policy and procedures and recruitment.
- You will develop key processes to support these areas along and also support on ad-hoc HR projects.
- As the HR Officer you will provide advice and guidance on all HR queries from managers and employees.
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Suitable candidates must have worked at within a HR team at HR Officer, Coordinator level within the UAE.
- Candidates will have between 3 – 5 years HR experience and understand employment law and generalist HR processes. You will have a sound knowledge of all licensing processes, policy and statuary requirements including U.A.E labour law.
- Candidates ideally will have previous engineering, manufacturing or a construction background. Candidates who are immediately available or have a reduced notice period preferred.
