HR Officer - Offboarding

About the Role – We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full offboarding lifecycle, ensuring all employee separations are handled efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with UAE Labour Law. You will serve as a key link between employees, management, and external authorities to ensure smooth exit procedures and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee the complete offboarding process, including exit interviews, final settlements, and end-of-service processing
-Ensure all procedures align with UAE Labour Law and company policies
-Handle clearance, documentation, and separation formalities with accuracy and confidentiality
-Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure timely and compliant payments
-Maintain detailed employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
-Support HR operations and assist in other administrative functions as required

-Proven HR operations experience within the UAE real estate sector
-Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
-Arabic proficiency (spoken and written) is essential
-Male candidates preferred
-Based in Dubai with an immediate start preferred
