HR Officer - Western Educated

HR Officer, Western educated – DIFC, Dubai, (reduced working hours from Monday to Friday)

Swisslinx Middle East is looking on behalf of our client, an international firm based in DIFC, for an HR Officer.

In this role with reduced working hours, you will be working in the HR department in order to coordinate and support the HR operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Communication with their international offices for HR updates
• Coordinating the hiring process and collecting all required documents
• Drafting contracts, letters, certificates
• Updating the company’s database
• Monthly salary payment preparations
• Assisting with any other HR related duties

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in an HR role within an international financial institution
• Western education is a must, French speaking is preferred
• Good knowledge of the labour and employment law
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Good level of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook

This role is mainly focused on execution and has reduced working hours.
