Job description / Role
As this role is covering maternity leave within the HR team it is essential that candidates are available immediately until 16th October 2022 and sponsored by their spouse or family member. Working for an organisation that provide security solutions on a global scale, you will assist the HR team with all document management and high volumes of data entry. Employees are mobilised and relocated frequently and therefore it requires an organised, diligent individual with an exceptional eye for detail.
Supporting candidates throughout their complete life cycle you will provide administrative support with the offer, contract and onboarding processes to create the employee file on the Egnyte and Salesforce IT systems in line with the SOPs. The HR Operations Administrator will also be responsible for the management of data concerning training for new staff and ongoing mandatory training for those who are well established within the organisation, across all levels of seniority. Additionally, you will also be requested to liaise directly with the travel team with regards to the mobilisation of staff on a global scale, making any additional notes as required on the system. Using your forward thinking capabilities to check all mandatory training and insurances are completed and relevant, prior to deploying a staff member requires constant monitoring and therefore it is essential that the data is both accurate and timely. HR reports, strong data entry and document management skills are required for this busy and pro- active team. Reporting into the HR Manager you will be an integral team member and able to manage multiple deadlines and the expectations of staff out in the field.
To be successful for this maternity cover position of 5 months, you will be a HR professional with availability for the afore mentioned dates and have family or spouse sponsorship. Excellent communication and written skills are essential and there is a strong preference for those with exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems such as SAP, Taleo or PageUp and CRM systems such as Salesforce. It is vital that you possess an exceptionally high attention to detail and are able to manage a large volume of HR documents.
