Job description / Role
Due to extensive growth plans, our DIFC based client who is an international Financial Services Organisation is now looking for an HR Operations Assistant to join their established team.
This role is to provide HR operational support to the HR Manager and the employees. Responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to, liaising with DIFC authorities for visas, assisting with payroll, handling on-boarding of new staff, liaising with insurance providers, issuing staff contracts, handling leave and salary letters as well as day to day HR administrative duties.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you will ideally be Degree educated with an emphasis in HR or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a similar role preferably within the Middle East. Experience within the DIFC and within Financial Services would be a distinct advantage. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills and a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law. Due to extensive contact with the head office in Europe our client has requested a native English speaker for this role.
