* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR services within the business

Description
* Supervise the implementation and execution of HR operations within the business
* Manage the HR Services within the business including, HR administration services, payroll, PRO, employee relations and compensation and benefits
* Manage the talent management process within the business
* Evaluate and analyse the current processes in place and suggest improvement to increase efficiency within the business
* Ensure to instill a good culture throughout the company

Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience within a managerial role
* CIPD/bachelor degree qualified
* Experience setting up an HR department from scratch
* Experience implementing new policies and procedures
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
