Position Title: HR Operations Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well-recognized group of companies, based in Dubai with international collaboration and successful track records in diverse industries such as premium brand retail, luxury furniture, high end fashion brands, hospitality, interior design, general trading and real estate throughout the UAE.

Job Description:
• Responsible for overall process of operational processes and systems, ensuring that activities run efficiently and effectively to support employees, leaders and HR department
• Participate in various challenging transformation projects within optimization of HR systems, process independency and simplification
• Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable human resources requirements
• Respond to all queries from employees and line managers regarding Insurance, HR policies and procedures
• Support employee life cycle management, termination, personal data changes and internal transfers
• Prepare and submit reports to the Group Head of HR on periodic basis

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian, Arabic, Filipino and Europeans nationality
• Male/female, 40 years old and below
• At least 5 years of experience as HR in a group of companies
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
