HR Policy & Analyst Manager

Irwin & Dow

Dubai, UAE

Ref: NP447-1486

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Providing policy and analytical HR support to an ever-growing headcount of 120 employees, this role is not a typical front facing HR and employee engagement role. It is a highly detailed position which requires the HR Manager to be highly knowledgeable with changes in policy, SOP development, best practices and legal obligations in several jurisdictions including the GCC, UK, Europe and Africa.

Any changes made will be backed up through strong research and data analytics. As an extension of this you will also liaise with all Office Managers to offer HR advice and guidance, and have regular meetings with the relevant PROs to ensure they too have a firm grasp on requirements and policies in their given country. You will capture data for the monthly dashboards concerning new hires and leavers, promotions, staff movement and clean up any information required on the HRIS system, acting as the custodian of such to ensure accuracy and full utilization. You will also be on hand to reconcile and verify payroll information and changes, acting as the final sign off before the payroll team process the monthly payments. Due to this, the successful candidate will also assist with research and development of employee benefits, freelancer movement updates and all HR related internal communications.

Requirements

This role requires a strong HR policy and data ambassador with excellent communication skills and significant knowledge of policies and legal obligations across several jurisdictions. Those with wider GCC labour law exposure, including Saudi Arabia and Bahrain have a distinct advantage.

You will be engaging with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis and therefore, you should be at ease when interacting across all levels of seniority. An influencer with accountability and a detailed approach is required to support this global government advisory firm that is continuing to grow and develop for the foreseeable future. Those with 5+ years of HR experience and additional CIPD qualifications are also highly desirable.
