Marsh McLennan is seeking a temporary HR project & operations manager (1 year) for the IMEA region.
What to expect
Join our HR team as a versatile HR project & operations manager, where you'll play a key role in executing strategic HR initiatives across the IMEA region. This role combines project management, process improvement, and operational HR support, requiring a proactive professional who can drive projects forward while also contributing to day-to-day HR activities. You will collaborate closely with regional HR partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and operational excellence.
This position offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational growth, enhance colleague experience, and develop regional expertise through hands-on involvement in both project execution and HR operations.
