Job description / Role
The main responsibility would be to prepare the personnel transfers to the new operator (HR Administration & HR Development skills would be required):
CV Updates:
• Collection of the information through various methods and tools (interviews and meetings, data collections forms, job descriptions)
• Act as an advisor on the identification of the relevant experiences, core skills, responsibilities and achievements to mention in his/her CV.
• Transpose, adjust and ensure that all relevant and consistent information are mentioned
• Adjust the format of the CV to the local environment and industry
• Consolidate the data in a CV library
Coaching:
• Drive individual interviews with all employees in different sites (onshore, offshore and logistic base) to prepare the employees
• Provide advice and guidance on the presentation of employees for interviews
Requirements
HR administration:
• Prepare the end of contracts of employees & Calculate applicable entitlements
• Collect documents & information for Employees Dossiers
• Consolidate Employees Dossiers
HR Methods:
• Assist the team in updating the HR Policies & Procedures
