Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious organisation in Dubai who is looking to hire a HR Project Manager on a 1 year fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for leading the operational planning, management and delivery of a complex project and to ensure the required impact is achieved within a set time frame. The programme will be delivering changes to processes, governance and organisational design and you will be responsible for effectively managing a large project team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have previous experience in HR change projects, risk management and financial budgeting. A Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience will be required, as well as any of the following professional qualifications; APMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall. It is essential you are fluent in English, both written and oral.
