Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels/portals
• Advertise job openings on various portals
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Conduct new hire on-boarding/Orientation

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in UAE
• Familiarity with resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu Languages.
• Familiarity with Mandarin language is an added advantage.
• Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Available to join on immediate basis
