Job description / Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing, job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
• Recruit international and local candidates as per the requirements.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Preparing memos, letters and correspondences
• Ability to work under pressure.
• To work All-rounder and maintain no relation with any workers/staff.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements and Skills:

• Should have at least minimum 2 years experience in UAE
• We require Experience Certificate from previous jobs
• Degree must be attested in UAE
• Knowledge and experienced in all Job Portal sites

Age must be from 27 to 35
Salary Package 2000 - 3500
