HR Recruiter

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and supporting our company's growth by managing the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and interview prospective candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in the UAE or region.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
