Position Title: HR Recruiter & Generalist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: 12- 20K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus annual air ticket

About the Client:
A global IT solutions provider in Abu Dhabi, offering IT consultancy and cloud computing services

Job Description:
• Source, screen, and attract top talent through various channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide HR support on policies, benefits, and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and support performance management.

• Open to Female Filipino & Indian nationalities
• At least 6 years of proven experience in similar role, preferably within IT industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, HRIS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.
• Must have proven experience in end-to-end HR processes and the IT industry.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
