HR Recruiter – Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
- Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Recruiter or HR Specialist, preferably within the UAE.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Working days - 6 days.

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
