Role Summary
Altara Human Resources is seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Dubai Fountain Views office. The role involves full-cycle recruitment and HR consulting for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment management
• Candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Client liaison and role briefing
• Job advertising and talent pipeline management
• Onboarding and HR administrative support
• General HR advisory services

Salary:
AED 8000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
