Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with one of world's most recognised multi-nationals to assist them in recruiting an HR Specialist for their ever growing HR team.
This role will be a 360 HR role and will require someone who has experience with recruitment, on-boarding of new staff, supporting new HR initiative involvement in further development of HRIS systems as well as liaising with stakeholders to ensure HR is providing the best practices throughout the business.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role and is ideally Degree educated. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent IT skills and be happy to work in a team or autonomously. Due to extensive contact with the head office in Europe our client has requested a native English Speaker for this role. Knowledge of the UAE labour legislation and experience in the UAE would also be a distinct advantage.
