Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a government entity in Ras Al Khaimah.
As a HR Specialist, you will be providing specialized expertise in human resources functional areas such as employee database management, payroll and administration, reporting and presentations, recruitment, operations, social climate, health and safety and learning and development. You must ensure that there is a proper, accurate & timely HR information flow and support within the organization. You will be providing support to HR Director in driving organizational changes in order to best support strategic orientations and performance plans.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally possess 4+ Years of related experience and have demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job. You must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business or related field and experience which has been provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
