This opportunity is with a Semi Government Company in Dubai
As a HR Specialist you would be responsible for various tasks within the HR department, you would assist and build up format for training materials for interview, professional development and other manager capability building programs as needed. Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs, support teams in creating strong leadership and collective responsibility. Act as a consultant to the business on strategic interventions based on the People Plan. You will be responsible for conducting providing training solutions to employees in support of business strategy and goals. In addition assist and build up format for training materials for interview, professional development, and other manager capability building programs as needed.
To be successful you would ideally possess 5 years of experience in HR related field with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
