Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations,promotions, performance review, safety.
- Keeps records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations,
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance
- Manpower Planing - collection of data - recruitment
- Responsible for all the Visa`s, Renewals, and Employee Cancellations.
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- A to Z HR Duties Assigned as per the VP- Retail

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree with two years related experience
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of organizational development theory and practices.
- Ready to work under pressure
- Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
