HR Supervisor

Job description / Role

Be responsible for providing reliable, efficient and effective human resource and administrative services mainly in the following areas:
- Carry out recruitment and selection process to fulfill staffing needs of the office
- Be responsible for compensation & benefit management (i.e. monthly payroll processing, social security management, staff’s individual income tax filling etc.)
- Handle performance management and development motivation scheme upon business requirement
- Be in charge of general affairs to improve staff’s satisfaction level in relevant manners
- Handle employee relation issues to ensure company internal policies are in accordance to local regulations and compliance.
- Organize training activities upon the staffs’ competency development requirements
- Act as a focal point between the subsidiary and HQ regarding HRM manners to ensure the relevant policy be able to implement accordingly
- Other managing tasks & targets upon general manager’s requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Business Administration, Psychology and Human Resources Management related
- At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Practice
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in English, Arabic speaking and writing as preferred
- High proficiency level in Microsoft office
- Familiar with relevant national labor laws and regulations, familiar with human resources management workflow and operation methods
- Good organization and collaboration skill, with excellent cross-function communication capability
- Be open-minded and able to work in cross-cultural environment.
