Position Title: HR Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A highly trusted healthcare provider based in Dubai, specializing in Clinical Diagnostics and Laboratory Services
Job Description:
• Handle 25 to 40 employees under payroll system
• Process employee request for vacation, compensation and benefits, contracts copy, insurance contracts requests, etc.
• Meet with management for month report on staff activities and retention plans, or any legal matters that need management attention
• Be the main point of contact on current updates on holidays and changes on UAE Labor law
• Deal with government offices for trade license renewal, visa renewal & status, etc.
• Do initial interview with candidates who come for screening and prepare offers letter as necessary for management signature & approval
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• At least 2 years UAE experience in corporate industry and has handled 30 and above group of staff
