Employment: Full Time

HR Planning
• Develop and implement human resource strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals.
• Optimize the organizational structure to improve efficiency and workforce effectiveness.

Recruitment & Talent Management
• Develop and execute recruitment plans, expand hiring channels, and ensure key positions are filled.
• Build a talent pipeline and optimize the recruitment process to improve efficiency and quality.

Employee Relations & Company Culture
• Manage employee relations, including onboarding, probation, transfers, and exit processes, ensuring compliance.
• Organize corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Compensation & Performance Management
• Optimize the compensation structure, manage payroll and benefits, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
• Implement performance management systems, oversee evaluations and feedback processes to drive employee performance.

Training & Development
• Develop and implement training programs to support employee career growth and skill development.
• Establish succession planning and career progression frameworks.

Labor Law & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Dubai’s labor laws and international employment regulations.
• Handle labor disputes and mitigate risks related to employment policies.

Requirements:

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in multinational companies or international environments.

Professional Skills
• Strong understanding of HR systems in the Middle East, labor laws, and employment policies.
• Extensive experience in recruitment, familiar with international talent markets and hiring channels.

Soft Skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive work attitude, and ability to handle pressure.

Language Proficiency
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is a plus
