HR Support Manager

Job description / Role

AED 10000 per month

We are seeking a highly-experienced HR Generalist / Manager to manage the entire gamut of HR in for our client.

Focused strongly in the UAE region, this is an exciting project where you will need to roll up your sleeves, develop and write all HR policies for the company from scratch, develop, document and deliver systems and processes, manage on-boarding and all documentation required.

Along with the Policy, Process and Forms Development, You will also be working with the company to build, implement and train on the new HRM system. Therefore, you need to be a doer of things, having the right attitude to find solutions to problems and fix it. You will command a strong personality and build good working relationships with the employees within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop HR policies as per the company requirements and needs.
- Work with on boarding of new employees, visas, documentation in GCC region.
- Develop systems and processes around HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Welfare and Compensation and Benefits.
- Develop and analyse job descriptions, update grading systems,allocate positions based on job responsibilities.
- Prepare and analyse HR statistics, payroll reports.
- Be the HR support / SPOC for various HR projects and be an expert in UAE labour laws.

Requirements

- Minimum five years experience in HR, preferably in UAE.
- Be an expert in UAE labour laws, regional experience in Kuwait or Saudi Arabia would be an advantage.
- Hands on experience performing tasks or projects in HR & support is a must.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
