What you'll be doing

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for someone passionate about people and culture, with a natural inclination toward innovation and high-potential critical thinking. The ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field with transferable learnings.
• A deep passion for nurturing talent and creating people-first workplaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to strategy and decision-making.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and inspire others.
