Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a multinational FMCG company who is looking to hire a HR Business Partner of Talent and Organisational Development.

This role will be in charge of leading the onboarding and employee orientation for all staff across the MEA region for the first 30 days as well as continuous focus on employee engagement - pairing with senior management to evaluate this and taking charge of talent management thereafter, concentrating on succession planning.

You will also be required to lead the L and D agenda across all markets in the region and design and deliver targeted training. From an organisational development perspective, you will work with global teams to ensure strategy is implemented and act as a point of guidance for all stakeholders. Additional HR project support will arise as requested by the HR Director.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated with 5 years experience in an L&D focused role within HR, most recently within FMCG in the GCC. This requested experience is non-negotiable. Our client has stated a preference for an Arabic speaker, although this is not a necessity.
