RENECO's mission is to implement a global conservation strategy aiming to restore and preserve the Houbara bustard populations of North Africa (Chlamydotis undulata undulata) and Asia (Chlamydotis macqueenii).

To achieve these goals, RENECO has developed a multidisciplinary approach within different centers located in Morocco, Central Asia, and the Arabian Peninsula by combining fundamental and applied research.

To cope with the expansion of its activities and due to the development of new conservation projects,RENECO is opening new positions giving a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious conservation program

You will join the Internal Audit & Quality Department

Main Missions:

- Identify the applicable legal requirements and international standards and procedures for continual benchmarking and trend analysis of HSE regulations and applicable legislations.
- Support in overall planning and execution of HSE Internal Audits and inspections against established rules, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure that HSE Procedures and Policies are developed and implemented.
- Participate in Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis of the activities undertaken in the Centres.
- Conduct unplanned and planned HSE inspections for Centers sites to ensure the implementation of Health and Safety requirements by the regulations, international standards, and Management Systems
- Assist in incident investigations, prepare reports for review, and follow-up implementation of corrective actions for each incident.
- Assist the HSE Audit Manager to prepare monthly/quarterly HSE statistics, HSE Performance, Objectives progress, etc. in graphs & PowerPoint.
- Ensure that all non-conformances generated during an External/Internal audit are closed out.
- Assist the HSE Audit Manager in planning and carrying out HSE campaigns and emergency drills.
- Take an active role in potential emergency situations.

Requirements

Your profile :

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in QHSE, Science, or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems with onsite projects experience in Construction/Manufacturing/Logistics.
- Health, Safety, and Environment Qualification (NEBOSH IGC and/or OSHAD - OSHMS Practitioner A Grade B) is a must.
- Working knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, Visio and any Safety system software.
- Critical Thinking, the ability to think objectively.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and details with accuracy.
- Problem-Solving, ability to assess and evaluate risks and propose solutions.
- Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
- Maintenance activities knowledge.
- Native Arabic speaker with full proficiency in English (French & Russian are +++).
